• Payment in full is due prior to load-out being scheduled.
• ALL items will be Rigged by Assigned Contractors and will include Rigging Fees.  There will be NO Self-Removal.
• Rigging Fees are listed for every lot at the end of the FULL Description.
• Rigging Prices Include: Disconnect, Loading and Basic Skidding.  All additional packaging needs (Including: Saddles) will be subject to an additional cost.  The buyer is responsible for the full cost of removal and shipment.
• Removal will be scheduled based on the location of items purchased. Failure to remove items within the allocated deadline will result in additional fees and/or abandonment.

Auctioneers Terms and Conditions

By registering and bidding, you agree that all purchases are made on an “as is, where is, with all faults” basis, without any warranties or guarantees from the Auctioneer or seller, and you are responsible for conducting any inspections before bidding. You agree to comply with all registration, deposit, payment, buyer’s premium or buyer’s fee, sales tax, and removal requirements, and understand that full payment is required before any items may be removed. Once an item is sold, all risk of loss, damage, or liability transfers to you, including risks associated with rigging, loading, transportation, and use of the equipment, which are solely your responsibility and must be handled by independent contractors at your expense. Failure to pay for or remove items on time may result in forfeiture, resale, storage charges, interest, and recovery of costs and legal fees. You acknowledge that the Auctioneer controls the conduct of the sale, may resolve bidding disputes, and limits its liability to the amount you paid, with no responsibility for consequential damages. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, and any disputes must be brought in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

REGISTRATION TERMS: For bidders located within the United States, online bidding requires a $2,500.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT unless otherwise approved or required by the auctioneer.  BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MAY BE REQUIRED TO POST AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE OF THE AUCTION.

Deposits accepted by CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER. Harry Davis & Company does NOT accept credit cards for deposit or payment.

Checks shall be made payable to and sent to Harry Davis & Company, 1725 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

To insure approval as a bidder, please make deposit arrangements as far in advance of the auction as possible.

INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM IS 20%.

Total purchases to be paid within 48 hours following the auction in cash, cashiers check or wired funds. All purchases must be removed within period announced by auctioneer. All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to accuracy of descriptions. Everything sold on an “as is, where is and with all faults” basis.
