• This is an OLDER Facility with Major Machinery requiring INTERIOR and EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS. There is limited outside access, and most Loading will be at STREET LEVEL. Due to this fact, Preparation & Disconnect will be performed until FEBRUARY 7TH, with NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE until FEBRUARY 9TH

TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS:

• IME will provide Shipping Quotations to your destination upon request
• All Freight billings will be DUE UPON RECEIPT and the Load will not be scheduled until payment is received.

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, and any disputes must be brought in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
